Philippe Noël, CEO
Philippe's vision and drive led to the launch of the original, groundbreaking research program that underpins RVR Systems' solutions. Having been a consultant in the Audit and Risk Management department of a 'Big 4' firm, he has a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and its potential hazards. He also has considerable experience with reporting systems, having consulted on those of France Telecom and Pernod Ricard amongst others. He is a graduate of ESIEA.
Pierre Guitteny, Managing Director
Pierre has extensive experience both as a consultant and as an operational manager. As well as spending 12 years with Danone Group, he was a Director at Bossard Cap Gemini Consulting and was a founding partner at Kea & Partners. He is a graduate from ENSIA and has an executive MBA.

Michel Guenard, Member of the Board
Michel's extensive experience as both an external and internal auditor, including as Chief Internal Auditor at PSA Peugeot and Director of Audit at Danone, puts him in the perfect position to understand a company's compliance pressures. He maintains strong connections with the internal audit profession, having led both the French Institute of Internal Audit (IFACI) and the European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing. He is registered as a Commissaire aux Comptes and has an MBA from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce (Rouen).
