It all started when founder and CEO Philippe Noel, thanks to his experience as a business consultant and Big 4 auditor, identified the need for a new approach to compliance and internal control project management. So in 2000 Philippe began a groundbreaking research program. With input from senior executives, including CFOs, Internal Audit Directors, Chief Risk Officers and Chief Technology Officers, at over 20 multinational companies, Philippe conceived an innovative software application.
